All our grains and seeds are pre-soaked for up to six hours to maximize the bioavailability of natural vitamins and minerals.

Frozen Par-baked or Fully Baked
We offer products with nine to twelve months shelf life, prepackaged, bulk, sliced or unsliced for your convenience and your customers' satisfaction.
Food safety driven
We meet and exceed international safety standards, winning the BRC Grade 'AA' rating for 5th consecutive years. We are HACCP compliant and are registered with the FDA, AIB and British Retail Consortium (under GFSI).
Old World traditions
We do not use artificial colours or flavourings. Naturally leavened bread, using bromate-free flour, no food additives containing ADA (azodicarbonamide) and made in stone hearth ovens by our team of classically trained Bakers.
New World technology
Using state of the art technology, we serve the North American market from our facility in Mississauga, Ontario.
All products are certified Pareve kosher by the Kashruth Council of Canada.
